End of readable and whole all-over-world accessable internet...?

Message which is on the first look not so interesting in the contrast of expanding range of Top-domains - but quite disturbing, if you're a speaker of one of those languages it could affect... I quess, most of us here have a long history on the internet, so I think, that would be enought to give a hint: "Imagine, that special languages are supported and you're sitting in London behind your new laptop and wanting to wisit Czech site named for example "ToBysRádVědělCo.česko" (instead of today's possible "ToBysRadVedelCo.cz") or some chinese one..." Of course, I know, that despite stadartized domains, there is content in local languages, but still - it's a worldwide reachable without special keyboards...
